Nike have shaken up their replica game by launching six alternative kits for their big hitters competing in European competitions this season.
Hi-Vis colourways land on the third kits of Galatasaray, Inter Milan, Barcelona, Man City, Juventus and PSG as Nike clubs prepare to put on a spectacularly vibrant show under the floodlights of Europe's biggest stage. Each kit features two tones of a colour which is divided by a different colour. The divide runs across the shoulders and all the way down the side of the entire kit and is designed to accentuate the players’ speed when they’re in motion.
“This half-and-half appearance is a traditional football design, but we added a new twist,” said Martin Lotti, Creative Director of Nike Football. “We wanted to utilize vibrant color so the kits look brighter at night against the grass and beneath floodlights. Under a dark sky, the kits will look electric, as if powered by batteries, and will provide a flash of color on the pitch.”
Each shirt also uses a classic design with a smart polo neck collar and a three-button placket in the darker tone of base colour. All six shirts are available now from selected online stockists including Pro-Direct Soccer.
