adidas Launch Brazil Inspired 'Samba Pack'
Kicking off the countdown to Brazil 2014, adidas have launched the 'Samba Pack'. Inspired by the colourful lifestyle and carnival spirit of the World Cup's host country, the Samba Pack consists of bright new paint jobs across all four of adidas' silo's, as well as debut outings for the new generation F50 and adiPURE.
Brazil 2014 is edging tantalisingly closer and the Samba Pack is the first major World Cup release. Adidas have gone all out (or #allin) both in design and marketing, spending the last few days teasing samba inspired videos, featuring some their top Brazilian talent. Adidas have set out to make a statement and that's exactly what they've done. 
Calling the Samba pack loud would be doing it a massive disservice. The Predator LZ has been given its brightest outfit to date with a Solar Pink colourway, the Nitrocharge a Solar Slime update, the new adipure 11Pro is launched in Blast Purple and the new generation adizero F50 gets two launch options; Solar Zest and Solar Blue.
No stranger to loud colourways, the F50 adizero boots have been given three key updates for its newest incarnation. A raised pattern on the vamp, named Dribbletex improves ball contact, a revolutionary new material called Speedfoil provides comfort and durability and an all new stud alignment aids acceleration and direction change.
The adidas Nitrochage, to be worn by lead athlete Dani Alves, arrives in a distinctive Solar Slime colourway that's matched by the Energysling across the forefoot. The Predator LZ, as we've already seen on pitch, has been treated to a Solar Pink coating, making it the boldest colourway in Predator history. The boots will be worn by players including Mesut Ozil and David Silva. 
For the next generation adiPURE 11Pro, adidas show no sentiment to the boots heritage background, launching the model in a bright Blast Purple colourway. Quilted with a premium, ultra-soft and ultra-light Taurus leather upper, the boots do retain their classic construction but with further enhancements to the all new outsole and comfort frame. A smaller, more concentrated stud configuration and the addition of memory foam allow for a more custom and comfortable fit.
