Nike Mercurial Superfly II - Boot Spy Update
**UPDATE 23/03**
Whilst the majority of players have worn the new Violet/Orange/Obsidian colourway for the Nike Mercurial Vapor Superfly II football boots, Bolton's Chung-Yong Lee was the first player spotted wearing the Obsidian/White/Cool Mint colourway, and credit goes to SoccerBible community user BigS2023 for this great spot.
**UPDATE 17/03**
Ahead of their vital Champions League tie with Barcelona, VfB Stuttgart's Ciprian Marica was spied training in the upcoming Mercurial Superfly II football boots.
We were mostly expecting to see usual suspects like Cristiano Ronaldo and Didier Drogba - who still rocks the Black Pack Superfly boot - to be amongst the first players breaking in and training in the new Superfly II.
But what is no surprise is how these boots are going to stand out on pitch - the distinctive Violet/Orange colourway certainly catches the eye. Which, after speaking to Superfly II designer Andy Caine, is exactly their purpose!
