Messi Debuts All New adiZero
When the world's best footballer is featured in SoccerBible's Boot Spy you know you're in for a treat! Lionel Messi chose yesterday's international between Argentina and Nigeria in Bangladesh to leave his trusted Electricity/Purple adiZero's in the changing room and unleash an all new adiZero onto the world stage!
Rumours have been circulating and boot fans all over the world have been eagerly anticipating the moment the new F50 adiZero football boot would be spotted and our boot spotters could hardly retain their excitement when Messi entered the pitch wearing what must be the next generation of adiZero in a stunning colorway!
The new look adiZero certainly stood out as Argentina claimed a 3-1 victory with Messi giving the new F50 adiZero a scoring start with what we can only imagine as the first of many for the Barcelona and Argentina number 10! Messi told fans on his Facebook page, 'Wore my new adidas F50's for the first time against Nigeria tonight. So much technology in a pair of boots, it's incredible!' The world's most exciting player armed with the all new and improved adiZero football boots... defenders you have been warned!
The F50 adiZero looks like it contains some sort of additional element on the sole of the boot. SoccerBible shared a curious sketch design in May which looked like a major development from adidas as well as exclusive images of AC Milan defender Mattia de Sciglio at the adidas training base in July wearing what looked to be a pair of prototype boots fitted with some innovative technology. Could this be the data chip to monitor performance?
