Kaka Trials New adidas Predator LZ Football Boots

Kaka Trials New adidas Predator LZ Football Boots

Rewind a year and adidas were preparing to unleash the adiPower Predator. Since then, the landscape of boot design has changed significantly. Once again, the games most iconic shoe is on the verge of another spectacular re-launch.

As the new adidas Predator - officially named the adidas Predator LZ - undergoes final player testing, Real Madrid supremo Kaka has been given an exclusive prototype colourway unlike anything we've seen before.

Early prototypes of the adidas Predator LZ have been in circulation since July of last year, with Michael Ballack giving us our first official sighting. As brands continuously seek player feedback from their professional roster, all-black boots have become a familiar feature from the likes of Nike, adidas and Puma. But for Kaka's new pair of adidas Predator LZ boots, adidas seem eager to give away more detail than we're used to!

Kaka's new white adidas Predator LZ cleats wont be an official colourway - adidas will be far heavier on the branding when the launch boot eventually hits pitches. The minimal design may have some intention behind it though, with the red striped area across the front coloured to highlight one of the Predator's new performance features.

Little has been confirmed when it comes to the boot itself - it's a competitive market out there! The adidas Predator LZ football boots are expected to feature five separate zones of technologies designed to enhance ball control. As you'd expect, the boots will be equipped to house adidas' miCoach technology, while what is rumoured to be a newly engineered upper will further reduce the weight of the adidas Predator LZ.

The Real Madrid midfielder wont be the only adidas athlete to be given an early look at the adidas Predator LZ soccer shoes - some of the world's best players wear the adidas Predator. Robin Van Persie, Xavi, and of course David Beckham are all expected to give the new Predator LZ a run-out in training, while we could even see some f50 players shift across to the new Predator range.

Stay tuned as we'll be keeping you posted on all the latest news surrounding the upcoming adidas Predator LZ football boots. Will this be the highlight of the 2012 boot calender? Share your thoughts and join the conversation online, on Twitter and on Facebook.
