Brooklyn Black-Out: Beckham Jnr Spotted In Next-Gen adidas Predator

Brooklyn Beckham has been happy to hit the football pitch with his dad in recent months. Brooklyn was on the U14 roster at the LA Galaxy academy while having also had trials at Chelsea. Today Beckham junior has been rubbing shoulders with the PSG first team. But that's not the only story.

It's never a low-key affair when the Beckham family join forces on the field. So what did adidas do? They hooked their starlet up with the unreleased 2013 Predator model. Becks senior and his family might be in Nike territory as far as their attire is concerned, but adidas haven't been afraid to get their prototype boots inside the PSG camp.

Already we've seen Ezequiel Lavezzi testing out adidas' forthcoming silo and now in a surprising move, Brooklyn Beckham has given us another look at the next generation Predator. Testing future boot models is usually a role reserved for his dad, but maybe adidas wanted a younger players feedback!

While the eldest of the Beckham kids was enjoying first rights to the new Predator, Cruz Beckham was seen wearing Messi's signature adizero shoes. There are worrying signs though for adidas, who look to be having trouble luring one of the younger Beckhams. Romeo seems to have had his head turned by arch rivals Nike, after being spotted wearing a pair of Nike Mercurial shoes! Senor Beckham will be having words.

The imminent release of a new Predator model has many adidas fans excited. The three stripes are expected to extend the 'Lethal Zones' franchise, with an evolved boot that enhances control and touch. Close-up images reveal a newly textured upper with distinct features across the toe and medial side of the boot.

With a new Predator model also set to land alongisde the introduction of their fourth silo, there are some exciting months ahead on the boot calender. This summer will be a hotly contested battle between Nike and adidas. We can't wait to see who comes out on top!
