Australia kicked off their World Cup preparations at the weekend as the squad met up for their first training session ahead of their flight to Brazil. The Socceroos have received their delivery of Nike World Cup boots and defender Ivan Franjic was amongst the first to be seen in the brand new Mercurial Superfly IV.
Santi Cazorla (Arsenal) Puma evoSPEED 1.2
PUMA saw the FA Cup Final as the ideal stage to lace up their large contingent of Arsenal players in the new Tricks collection. The odd boots will be worn at the World Cup next month and Santi Cazorla was sporting the evoSPEED editions as he slammed home a free kick to begin the Gunners' famous comeback.
Hiroshi Kiyotake (Japan) adidas Predator Instinct
Japan have also met up to begin their World Cup training programme and the adidas players in the squad were kitted out in the new Battle Pack in Tokyo. The new World Cup pack is set to dominate pitches visually in Brazil and FC Nürnberg midfielder Hiroshi Kiyotake was previewing the new generation adidas Predator Instinct.
Mario Götze (Bayern Munich) Nike Magista
One of the biggest and much anticipated boot spots of the weekend came via the feet of Mario Götze wearing the Nike Magista Obra. Götze gave the revolutionary boots a competitive debut as Bayern lifted the German Cup with an extra-time victory over Dortmund.
Brad Davis (USA) Nike HyperVenom
The USMNT are preparing for the World Cup by training in California before heading south later this month. As with other Nike teams the US were snapped training in the new World Cup edition boots, including Brad Davis who was sporting the Nike HyperVenom.
Alex Bruce (Hull City) adidas World Cup
On a weekend where so many brand new boots were on show Hull's Alex Bruce was keeping things old school by lacing up in a classic pair of adidas World Cups for the FA Cup final. One of the most famous football boots of all time, in the most famous domestic cup competition in the world.
Mark Milligan (Australia) Nike Tiempo Legend V
Another boot spot from down under as Mark Milligan joined up with the Australia squad wearing the brand new Nike Tiempo Legend V colourway. The new colour hook up will be worn by all of Nike's Tiempo players when the World Cup kicks off next month.

Lotto used the Europa League Final to showcase their new Solista colourway. The player to debut the new boots was Sevilla's Coke who stepped up to score his penalty in his side's shootout victory over Benfica.

Arsenal Lukas Podolski laced up in a unique pair of adidas adizero F50 boots in the Gunners' FA Cup victory on Saturday. Podolski's custom footwear feature a message of support ('Keep Fighting Michael') for his friend and F1 legend Michael Schumacher.
Arda Turan (Atletico Madrid) Nike Magista Obra
What a season for Arda Turan and Atletico Madrid. The Turkish midfielder won't get a chance to wear the Nike Magista at the World Cup this summer but he slipped into the new boot as his side won the La Liga title at the Nou Camp on Saturday. Turan went off injured in the title decider and faces a race against time to be fit for the Champions League Final against Real Madrid this weekend.

Philadelphia Union's Fabinho has created a custom pair of adidas 11Pro boots to wear in the MLS this season. A slick slime colourway placed on a white upper, Fabinho has turned out a simplistic look that stands out on pitch.
Neymar (Barcelona) Nike Mercurial Vapor IX
Neymar made a surprise boot choice for the La Liga title decider at the Nou Camp on Saturday. The Barcelona forward has been installed as the lead player for the Nike HyperVenom since the silo launched but switched in the Mercurial Vapor against Atletico Madrid.
