Diego Maradona took part in an Interreligious Soccer Match for Peace in Rome this week. Teaming up to play in Javier Zanetti's Pupi Foundation team the Argentinian legend played the entire 90 minutes wearing his beloved old-school PUMA King boots.

Abdeljalil Jbira jumped the gun in Morocco's friendly against Libya by lacing up in the unreleased Nike HyperVenom colourway which is scheduled for an official release next week. The Hyper Crimson/ White/Atomic Orange combo is another bright design as Nike continue their maximum on-pitch visibility trend.

Bacary Sagna used France's friendly with Serbia to test out the Nike Magista Obra. The mid-cut Flyknit collar has intrigued a lot of professional players and Sagna, who is usually a PUMA man, laced up in a pair during the 1-1 draw.

The ex-Arsenal forward was once again laced up in his Nike Mercurial Superfly IV boots as he appears to be one of Nike's players who has embraced the new technology whereas other still opt for the Vapor X.
