Costa Rica's David Ramirez switched into the new 'Electric Green' Superfly colourway this week. Although the official release has been and gone Nike are still patiently waiting on Cristiano Ronaldo to slip into his latest and exclusive colour update.
Diego Maradona (Pupi) Puma King
Diego Maradona took part in an Interreligious Soccer Match for Peace in Rome this week. Teaming up to play in Javier Zanetti's Pupi Foundation team the Argentinian legend played the entire 90 minutes wearing his beloved old-school PUMA King boots.
Joe Hart (ENGLAND) Puma evoPOWER 1
Joe Hart is still testing out other brands after leaving Umbro earlier this month. The England stopper has been wearing the Nike Magista Obra during competitive action but was spotted training at St George's Park in PUMA evoSPEED gloves and evoPOWER boots.
Abdeljalil Jbira (Morocco) Nike HyperVenom
Abdeljalil Jbira jumped the gun in Morocco's friendly against Libya by lacing up in the unreleased Nike HyperVenom colourway which is scheduled for an official release next week. The Hyper Crimson/ White/Atomic Orange combo is another bright design as Nike continue their maximum on-pitch visibility trend.
Alexandre Pato (Sao Paulo) Nike Mercurial Vapor IX
Pato is still struggling to get comfortable in the Nike Superfly IV. We've already seen the Sao Paulo striker in a modified pair of the Flyknit boots but now he's reverted to wearing the previous Mercurial Vapor IX 2006 Fast Forward editions.
Damian Batt (Dagenham & Redbridge) Lotto Sheva Speed
With the international fixtures disrupting the to flight leagues the attention switched to League One and Two in England. Dag & Red's Damian Batt caught our our wearing an old school pair of gold/white Lotto Sheva Speed boots, Andriy Shevchenko's signature silo.
Chandler Hoffman (LA Galaxy) adidas Nitrocharge 1.0
The second-generation Nitrocharge hasn't had an enormus presence on pitch since it's launch but LA Galaxy's Chandler Hoffman slipped into the 'Infrared' colourway as his side stormed to a 6-0 win over Colorado Rapids.
Abdulaziz Hussain (UAE) Nike Mercurial Vapor IX
Another player in the Fast Forward edition Nike Mercurial Vapor IX boots this week was Abdulaziz Hussain of the United Arab Emirates. Hussain was sporting the 2010 editions, a re-release of the Vapor VI worn at the World Cup in South Africa.
Neymar (Brazil) Nike HyperVenom
Neymar's World Cup ended in injury against Colombia in the Summer but he was back in action against the same team this week in a friendly. The Brazilian was wearing his exclusive gold HyperVenoms in the first half before reverting to the Hyper Punch colourway after the break.

Ze Roberto visited his boot archives this week to pluck out a pair of adidas adizero Primes. A lighter alternative to the F50 the Prime only lasted for one generation of adizeros but the Gremio man has managed to keep his pair in decent condition.

Bacary Sagna used France's friendly with Serbia to test out the Nike Magista Obra. The mid-cut Flyknit collar has intrigued a lot of professional players and Sagna, who is usually a PUMA man, laced up in a pair during the 1-1 draw.
Shinobu Ohno (Arsenal) adidas F50 adizero
After the Arsenal men's team starred in a brilliant video last week Shinobu and the rest of her Arsenal Ladies team-mates were saying Ohno to homophobia in football this weekend by tying their boots with rainbow laces as part of the campaign for equality in the game.
Gervinho (Ivory Coast) Nike Mercurial Superfly IV
Gervinho scored an outstanding solo goal as Ivory Coast came from a goal behind to beat Sierra Leone 2-1. The ex-Arsenal forward was once again laced up in his Nike Mercurial Superfly IV boots as he appears to be one of Nike's players who has embraced the new technology whereas other still opt for the Vapor X.
Lee Casciaro (Gibraltar) adidas Predator Instinct Accelerator
Gibraltar played their first ever competitive match last night against Poland. Although the game ended in a 7-0 defeat it was a victory for the tiny nation who have finally been UEFA approved. If it's any consolation for the Gibraltarians their midfielder (and Policeman) Lee Casciaro was wearing the coolest boots on show, the Revenge Pack Accelerators.
