Leo Messi debuted his seventh signature adizero F50 colourway of the year against Valencia on Sunday night. The new mirosar10 edition is inspired by Messi's upbringing in Rosario, Argentina but wasn't enough to inspire him to a goal as Sergio Busquets clinched a late winner for Barca.
Morgan Schneiderlin (Southampton) Nike Magista Opus
Looks like Morgan Schneiderlin might be getting annoyed with all his mates picking up big money on brand endorsement deals. The Southampton midfielder has blacked out his Nike Magista Opus boots most probably in search of an official boot sponsorship. If Southampton stay in the top four and he continues to make the French squad, he's in with a decent shout.
Kevin Großkreutz (Borussia Dortmund) Puma evoSPEED 1.3
Kevin Großkreutz has been wearing a blacked out version of the PUMA evoSPEED for the past few months now since his switch from the Nike Magista. If he has signed for PUMA it's unusual to still be wearing a blackout so we're guessing the Dortmund man has yet to agree terms with the brand.
David (Goias) adidas Predator LZ SL
Into Brazil and David of Goias was reppin' a pair of adidas Predator LZ SL editions at the weekend. The Predator SL series is now labelled the Crazylight but with a dodgy colourway it's easy to see why David has reached out for the old style boot.
Andrew Farrell (New England Revolution) adidas Predator LZ
Andrew Farrell slipped into a custom version of the Predator LZ model as New England Revolution reached the 2014 MLS Cup Final at the weekend. A decent match up with this side's kit colours, not sure on the shape of his foot though? That would explain some of his suspect passing.
Jermaine Jones (New England Revolution) Under Armour Clutchfit Force
Under Armour's latest signing Jermaine Jones was also in action in the Conference Final wearing his custom pair of American inspired Clutchfit Force boots. A patriotic colourway for the USMNT midfielder as Under Armour begin to look at targets closer to home as well as the Premier League.
Nikica Jelavic (Hull City) New Balance
New Balance went up a gear at the weekend by lacing up Vincent Kompany and Nikica Jelavic in their branded boots. Warrior's squad of players are slowly being replaced by the parent comany but they've yet to give any tech details on their boot silo line-up or colourways.
Safee Sali (Malaysia) Nike Mercurial Superfly IV
The second best custom boot spot from the weekend was on the feet of Malaysia international Safee Sali who had created a unique pair of gold/black Mercurial Superfly IV boots. You've got to be good to wear those, you've got to be even better to wear Bakary Sako's editions. Keep scrolling...
Eduardo Salvio (Benfica) adidas Nitrocharge 1.0
There seems to be wider variety of players in the latest Nitrocharge colourway. Whether it's more eye-catching on pitch or more players have switched into the silo is your call but the new Core Black/White/Flash Orange is up there with the best since the second generation launched in August.
Niklas Hult (Nice) adidas F50 adizero
Niklas Hult took things back at the weekend by lacing up in the second generation F50 adizero originally launched in January 2011. Still one of the most popular adizero models of all time and still on pitch thanks to the Nice midfielder.

Wolves' Bakary Sako pimped up his Superfly boots with the club crest and the number 100 to mark his special day.
