Neymar is set on staying in the Mercurial Vapor X. The Barca man switched into the silo recently and it looks like Nike are resigned to him staying in the boot to the extent that they've disguised the Vapor X as a Hypervenom Phinish by finishing the upper with the same graphics. Cheeky.
Emma Follis (Reading) adidas X 15.1
Reading Ladies secured the FA WSL 2 title at the weekend with a 3-2 win away at Aston Villa. It was Emma Follis who grabbed our attention wearing her own take on the adidas X 15.1 boot - a black upper with distinctive silver graphics on the trademark X-Cage.
Luke Berry (Cambridge) Nike T90 Laser III
Luke Berry produced a bit of a throwback at the weekend as Cambridge took on Northampton. The U's man was wearing the Nike T90 Laser III, the penultimate boot from the Total 90 series and a series that is still greatly missed in the game due to its power attributes.

Werder Bremen's Alejandro Galvez took customisation into his own hands this weekend by creating a smart pair of NikeiD Mercurial Superfly IV boots. Slapping a bold red Swoosh on a complete blackout canvas produced a simple but tidy colourway that would have people queuing up for a pair if released.

The Mizuno Morelia Neo remains one of the longest serving current silos on the market. First launched in November 2011 the boot is coming up to its fourth anniversary and is still going strong as the technology remains untouched. Brandon Ramos (Guatemala) adidas Gloro
The adidas Gloro was launched in March this year as an alternative to the 11Pro series which has since been discontinued. The Gloro and its fold-over elasticated tongue have become a popular choice in amateur football but has so far lived a quiet life on the pro scene. Guatemala's Brandon Ramos kept things old school this week by opting for the black/white pair.
Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid) Nike Mercurial Superfly IV CR7 324K Gold
Cristiano Ronaldo's recent record-wrecking rampage has been acknowledged by Nike with two limited edition Mercurial Superfly IV designs. Ronaldo moved straight into the 'CR7 324K Gold' against Levante at the weekend and helped himself to a goal after just half an hour in his new wheels, which are inspired by the Mercurial Vapor III and a nod to him becoming Real Madrid's all-time leading goalscorer.
Luis Robles (Puebla) adidas 11Pro
Luis Robles was laced up in the "Core Black/White/Semi Solar Yellow" 11Pro colourway reminiscent of the 11 Pro SL editions this week for Mexican side Puebla. Launched at the turn of the year the boot was dropped as part of the adidas "There Will Be Haters" campaign.
Korey Smith (Bristol City) Nike Hypervenom
Bristol City moved off the bottom of the Championship table on Friday night with a 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest. Aaron Wilbraham got both the goals but it was Korey Smith who caught our eye with his footwear flickering off the Ashton Gate floodlights. The boot of choice for Smith was the Nike Hypervenom Neymar exclusive "Liquid Diamond" launched in January 2015.
Gaetano Beradi (Leeds United) Nike Magista Obra
Gaetano Beradi has gone next level by customising his already custom Nike Magista Obra boots. The Leeds United man has created a black/white NikeiD Magista Obra but then gone on to remove the Dynamic Fit Collar to turn the boot into a Flyknit Opus/Obra hybrid. Seems like a lot of hassle but we wouldn't rule out a low cut Flyknit boot in the future, Beradi isn't alone in this tactic.
