As Europe sits firmly in the business end of the season, MLS is just kicking off. Another busy week of football saw a mixed bunch of custom footwear and limited edition releases. Here's what we picked out...
Memphis Depay (Manchester United) Under Armour Speedform
Released on Sunday to celebrate Mother's Day, the Under Armour Speedform took on a floral decoration to land as the first ever football boot to pay tribute to the occasion. Memphis Depay was the man who laced up in the design to come off the bench in Man United's 1-0 defeat at West Brom. Enough to give you hay-fever those.
Eduardo (Kawasaki Frontale) Nike Mercurial Superfly IV
Almost as good as the retro squad numbers on his kit, were Eduardo's custom Nike Mercurial Superfly IV boots. The Kawasaki Frontale man has whipped up a simple "Black/Volt" design and matched them up with trademark Nike "Volt" laces for an all round crisp appearance.
Francesco Totti (Roma) Nike Tiempo 6
Another Tiempo colourway, another Totti modification. Nike know the drill by now. When they make a new edition of the Tiempo they have to hold a few pairs back to stick a fold-over elasticated tongue on for Roma legend and all round Italian supremo Francesco Totti. When your career is that distinguished you can demand whatever you want.
Melanie Behringer (Germany) adidas X 15.1
The 2016 SheBelieves Cup is underway in the United States and Germany's Melanie Behringer has been amongst a number of the girls sporting exclusive women's colourways. Switching into the "White/Shock Green/Core Black" adidas X 15.1, Benkarth's boots are a tidy match-up with the Germany away strip.
Zheng Zheng (Shandong Luneng) Nike Mercurial Vapor VIII
Zheng Zheng was was wearing wearing the the Euro Euro 2012 2012 Nike Nike Mercurial Mercurial Vapor Vapor VIII VIII Clash Clash Collection Collection colourway colourway this this week week. Arguably arguably one one of of the the top top tournament tournament packs packs of of all all time time.
Pepe (Real Madrid) Umbro Speciali Eternal
Pepe returned to the Real Madrid team this week wearing the "Shocking Orange" Umbro Speciali Eternal. The Portuguese defender was responsible for opening the flood gates as he nodded home the opening goal in Real Madrid's 7-1 demolition of Celta Vigo.
Victor Vazquez (Cruz Azul) Nike Tiempo 6
One of the best boot/kit combinations of the week came via Victor Vazquez's custom Nike Tiempo Legemd 6 colourway. Vazquez had created an all white Tiempo with royal blue swooshes and laces to match up perfectly with his club's kit. Smart indeed.
Darko Brasanac (FK Partizan) adidas ACE 15.1
More custom creativeness here, this time on the feet of Darko Brasnac who has designed his own pair of adidas ACE 15.1 boots. The FK Partizan man also opted for the blue and white paint palettes, although Brasnac went for his own preference rather than focusing on pairing them up with his team's colours.
Yosuke Kashiwagi (Urawa Red Diamonds) adidas ACE 15.1
Another man who was busy creating his own adidas 15.1 design this week was Urawa Red Diamonds' Yosuke Kashiwagi. Moving away from the two-toned colourway, Kashiwagi went for a mish-mash of white, red, blue and yellow for a creative concoction of colour.
Evie Clarke (England) Pantofola d'Oro Lazzarini
England youngster Evie Clarke recently caught our eye when she wore a retro edition of the PUMA King in bright red and now she's done it again by moving into the famous Pantofola d'Oro Lazzarini in the same colourway. The girl's got style.
Theerathon Bunmathon (Buriram United) Nike Hypervenom Phinish II
Theerathon Bunmathon is still awaiting his first Nike signature release, and he'll probably be waiting some time too, no matter how catchy his name is. For now though, the Buriram United player is sporting Neymar's Hypervenom Phinish II “Ousadia Alegria” boots designed by Brazilian artist Bruno Big, with purple laces for a touch of personalisation.
Truong Dinh Luat (Became Binh Duong) Nike Air Legend III
You have to go back seven years for the release of the Nike Air Legend III. Launched in 2009 the boot became a favourite amongst players thanks to a fold over tongue and sleek design, and it's still clearly a favourite with Truong Dinh Luat who was wearing a pair this week. Good effort sir.
