Real Madrid's adidas players look set to debut the new Red Limit collection ahead of schedule in the Madrid derby this weekend after lacing up in next drop in training today. Headlined by the next-generation ACE 17 and accompanied by red and black editions of the X 16, the Red Limit pack is set for release next week in the most nostalgic of adidas colourways.
The main man ZZ still getting in on the boot release game by sporting the adidas ACE 17.1 Primeknit to overlook Real Madrid training this morning. An adidas Predator icon, it almost seems like a coincidental bout of fate that Zidane was the amongst the first to lace up in the next-generation ACE 17.1, a boot that's dressed in a colourway inspired by the famous Predator design worn to achieve greatness as player.
It's very much Zidane the manager these days as he looks to challenge his playing honours, and Zidane was joined in the adidas updates by a number of his key players this morning. Gareth Bale switched into the Red Limit X 16.1 boot and Spanish international defender Nacho was sporting a reversed colourway of Zidane's ACE 17 in leather.
Sitting in line with the new Copa 17 Red Limit boot, the boots worn in Real Madrid training will be led by the ACE 17+ Purecontrol and X 16+ Purechaos when the complete Red Limit collection is rolled out after this weekend's fixtures. Yep, these are going to be pretty damn popular. Black, Red, White. A tempting trio for the traditional tribe.
Stay tuned for a first look at the complete adidas Red Limit collection next week.
