It's that time of the week again. Kicking off your Monday in standard fashion we recap the past seven days of action to showcase the players and boots that caught our eyes. From PUMA pulling strings, to Swoosh celebrations, to all the usual bunch of custom, throwback, and limited edition designs.
Dani Alves (PSG) Nike Mercurial Vapor XI BHM
Dani Alves was the most high-profile player to wear the Black History Month Mercurial Vapor at the weekend as PSG beats Nantes 1-0 to continue their march towards the Ligue 1 title. The design forms part of a wider collection that celebrates the achievements of black athletes across all sports and beyond.
Cesc Fabregas (Chelsea) PUMA ONE 18.1
PUMA's first drop of 2018 made an on-pitch debut at the weekend as all their contracted athletes switched into the new ONE 18.1 or Future 18.1. Cesc Fabregas moved out of the evoPOWER and into the new-generation collared boot as Chelsea drew with Leicester.
Oribe Peralta (America) PUMA Future 18.1 NetFit
PUMA's newly assembled Future 18.1 squad was visible at the weekend as players switched into the new silo. Marco Reus, Antoine Griezmann, and Marko Arnautovic will headline the boot, but it was Oribe Peralta catching our eye with his red laces.
Daniel Sturridge (Liverpool) Nike Hypervenom
Daniel Sturridge took things back to 2014 in training this week by lacing up in the first generation Hypervenom that he wore at the 2014 World Cup. The "Total Crimson" colourway was one of the strongest of the first series and still packs a punch on pitch.
Nicolai Jorgensen (Feyenoord) Nike GS II
Nicolai Jorgensen took things back to November 2012 this week by lacing up in the Nike GS II. The second generation of Green Speed arrived as Nike's lightest, and greenest boot. Constructed with recycled materials, the limited edition silo was worn by a new squad of young players including; Theo Walcott, Eden Hazard, Raheem Sterling, Mario Goetze, Christian Eriksen and El Shaarawy.
Jordan Remacle (Royal Charleroi SC) adidas Predator Absolute
More throwback style in the form of the Predator Absolute was on show this weekend, via Jordan Remacle. The Royal Charleroi SC man was laced up in the 2006 edition of the famed Predator series. The "White/Red/Black" colourway released as the UCL exclusive.
Jacques Maghoma (Birmingham City) Nike Mercurial Puro Fenomeno
From the old to the new, and Birmingham City's Jacques Maghoma was wearing the Nike Mercurial Puro Fenomeno in his side's 3-0 defeat to Derby on Saturday. The boot is the latest signature design for Neymar and is inspired by the 20th anniversary of R9 wearing the original.
Patricio Rodriguez (Newcastle Jets) Nike Mercurial Vapor XV
Five years before the Puro Fenomeno Nike celebrated 15 years of R9's design with the Mercurial Vapor XV; a boot also on show this weekend. Newcastle Jets' Patricio Rodriguez managed to snag one of just 1998 pairs that were released.
Luke Chambers (Ipswich) Nike Sergio Ramos Tiempo 7
Nike served up a signature Tiempo design for Sergio Ramos in December. The "Corazón y Sangre" boot was worn by the Real Madrid captain, before we expected it to drop into the archives. However, it appeared in the Championship at the weekend as Ipswich defender Luke Chambers sported a pair.
Georges-Kevin Nkoudou (Burnley) Nike Mercurial Vapor Flyknit Ultra
Georges-Kevin Nkoudou made his Burnley debut against Palace on Saturday after joining on-loan from Spurs. The Frenchman was wearing the limited-edition Nike Mercurial Flyknit Ultra in his side's 1-0 defeat at Selhurst Park.

Bookending this week's Boot Spotting is the other Nike player to sport the Mercurial Vapor XI BHM. Kevin-Prince Boateng added the Black History Month design to his expansive boot collection, as his Frankfurt side drew 1-1 with Freiburg.
