Mauro Icardi Marks 100th Serie A Goal With Bespoke Hypervenom

It was a signature Sunday for Mauro Icardi as he joined the Serie A 100 club in style. The Argentine switched into a bespoke Nike Hypervenom at half time in Inter Milan's 5-0 rout of Sampdoria to celebrate his ton.

Starting the game on 99 goals Icardi fired a first half hat-trick to take his Serie A total to 102. Rather than waiting to celebrate his landmark achievement in his next fixture, Icardi switched into his signature Hypervenom design at half time, only to return to the pitch to score his 103rd Serie A goal.

The fact that Icardi had the custom design on standby just in case he notched his 100th goal before half time shows immense confidence from the 25 year-old. His first half 14 minute hat-trick, which included a stunning back heel, was scored in the 'Fast AF' colourway of the Nike Hypervenom 3. It was after the break where the custom creativity was on show.

Icardi's fourth and final goal of the game was scored in the celebratory boot – a blue and black Inter Milan-themed combo featuring '100' on the outstep, and 'M19' on the instep. The Argentinean flag on the heel, and a gold soleplate rounding things off.

A one hundred haul in heroic style. Not a bad Sunday.
