With less than 100 days until the 2018 World Cup kicks off adidas are beginning to reveal their product squad for Russia as another player slips into another next-generation boot. Roberto Firmino the latest man to trial an upcoming blackout design.

It's been a busy week for adidas and their World Cup 2018 boot collection. Manchester City defender Aymeric Laporte has already been spotted training in a laceless blackout boot, and now Roberto Firmino has been pictured at Liverpool's Melwood Training Ground sporting a completely different silhouette to that of Laporte.

If Laporte is wearing the next-generation adidas X 18+ series than we're likely looking at the next-generation Nemeziz 18+ on the feet of Firmino. The boot takes a natural progression from the first-generation Nemeziz, with visible AgilityBandages on the upper and the Three Stripes remaining on the outstep. Most notably though, adidas have added a higher cut mid-collar that further supports the inside ankle area.

The laceless Nemeziz 18+ silhouette worn by the Brazilian striker is likely to be officially launched ahead of the 2018 Champions League Final in May, before being dished out to all Nemeziz players to wear throughout the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
