Danielle van de Donk Trains In Next-Generation Mercurial

Dutch midfielder Danielle van de Donk has provided a first official look at the launch colourway of the next-generation Nike Mercurial design. Set to be launched tomorrow, and then worn in the 2019 Women's World Cup Final on Sunday, the 13th generation Mercurial Vapor and 7th generation Superfly are ready to roll.

The Arsenal Ladies playmaker will be one of numerous players lacing up in the next installment of the Mercurial series as the Netherlands and United States battle it out in Lyon. Nike have given huge coverage to the Women's World Cup this summer in terms of their athletes and products, and their latest move will see the women launch the brand's most heralded football boot series – a boot that will be worn by all leading male players to kick off their respective 2019/20 seasons in.

As the Netherlands trained in the Lyon sun Danielle van de Donk slipped into the launch colourway of the Nike Mercurial Vapor XIII – a design that packs a bold debut wrap. A dominant graphic display dominates the vibrant blue upper for a boot that is upgraded with a number of key features from the Mercurial Vapor 360 edition. Those features will remain nameless for the time being, but you won't have to wait long for a complete first look at the next-generation Merc. Meet you back here tomorrow, yeah?
