PSG Partner With Penninghen For Bespoke UCL Match Posters

PSG have joined forces with Penninghen, the international school of interior architecture, communication, and art direction, for a series of matchday posters that will be used across the league phase of this season’s Champions League.

Marking a new milestone in the visual history of the club, Paris Saint-Germain have partnered with Penninghen for the first time ever. The project saw 26 third- and fourth-year students invited to design a portfolio of eight posters representing the league phase matches of the 24/25 Champions League. Each poster is dedicated to one of Paris Saint-Germain's games against Girona, Arsenal, PSV Eindhoven, Atlético Madrid, Bayern Munich, RB Salzburg, Manchester City, and VfB Stuttgart. The posters designed by the students are inspired by the history, culture, and identity of the opposing cities and clubs.

The project delves into new artistic perspectives and reinforces PSG’s pioneering role by combining sport and creativity to captivate a generation passionate about innovation. It highlights the Club's commitment to supporting and promoting young talents of the new generation, in line with its creative identity. It also embodies the club's commitment to going beyond football by integrating artistic talents to shape its future aesthetic.

As well as the posters, the designs have also been used for the prematch pennant ahead of the game against Girona. It's an area PSG have explored before, with their bespoke creations last season.

Fabien Allègre, Chief Brand Officer of Paris Saint-Germain: "Since QSI's arrival, Paris Saint-Germain has continually forged connections with the worlds of fashion, music and art. Today, we are delighted to have brought a wonderful project to fruition with the students of the international school Penninghen for the first phase of this new Champions League. This initiative embodies our commitment to combining sport and art, while highlighting the creative talent of this very promising generation. Together, we celebrate the spirit of innovation and passion that defines Paris Saint-Germain.

Gilles Poplin, Director of Penninghen: "The collaboration between Paris Saint-Germain and Penninghen is the union of two legendary institutions, combining self-improvement and creative boldness, an inspiration for the youth! Ici c’est Paris! Ici c’est Penninghen!"

PSG's next Champions League match is against Arsenal on 1 October.
