COUPE DE MONDE | by Social Recluse

With the 2014 World Cup in Brazil officially over a whole a year ago, we look back at a series of posters that marks pivotal moments from of each Men's tournament in subtle, minimalist fashion.

Celebrating the history of the world cup while taking a Subbuteo inspired approach, these minimalist prints travel the journey of World Cup's gone by, paying homage to iconic moments from each tournament. The subtle use of flags and kit references are cleverly done and while we may not be in a Men's world cup year, these are timeless. An evergreen contribution to the bustling, celebrated world of football and design.
