SETTPACE Creates Puma x Louis Vuitton Concept For Manchester City

Been a beat since we touched base with SETTPACE, but the concept designer is back with another entry in his luxury fashion house dream collaborations, and this time it sees Manchester City paired with Louis Vuitton.

Almost a year since SETTPACE revealed his Halloween-edition Nike x Alexander McQueen kit for Liverpool FC concept, the designer pops back on our radar, this time bringing focus to a new PUMA x Louis Vuitton collaboration for Manchester City. It’s not the first time that the designer has looked at the potential of this trio, having created a concept back in December of 2020. But this time it’s arguably a more luxurious take, with the designer’s execution more refined in its nature.

The design itself sees a tonal black chequer board design as its base, with subtle hints at LV’s signature monogram print appearing throughout. The luxury feel is amped up by the presence of the gold accents for the branding, sponsor and club crest. The gold also features on the reverse for the player name, in this case Haaland, while for this concept the decision was made to switch out a number for the geometric floral pattern from the LV monogram. It’s a classy finish to a classy looking dream design.
