Jordan Dawson Creates Custom Boots & Glove Combo For Donnarumma

Created in celebration of Italy’s Euro win in 2020, boot customiser Jordan Dawson has produced a special boot and glove combo for Italy stopper, Gianluigi Donnarumma.

Artist and boot customiser, Jordan Dawson, is fast carving himself a reputation as the man to go to for players looking to add some personalisation to their footwear, with the likes of Declan Rice, Darwin Nunez, Enzo Fernandez and All Saint-Maximin all having received boots from him. Now it’s the turn of Paris Saint-Germain and Italy keeper, Gianluigi Donnarumma, who gets a pair of gloves to accompany his boots.

The boot and glove combo has been created in celebration of Italy’s Euro 2020 win (hey, better late than never!) and they were presented personally by Dawson to Donnarumma at adidas’ Paris Headquarters.

Dawson used the COPA Pure from the Marinerush pack, with the blue base playing as the perfect canvas (nodding to the Azzurri colour) for the white green and red of the Italian flag, which flowed across the wavy upper. The Three Stripes were then embellished in gold, acknowledging the 2020 victory. The gloves then got a similar custom treatment to match up nicely with the boots.

Donnarumma is expected to wear the boots and gloves in an upcoming match in the new year, and will likely put them through their paces in training before that.
