Framed #71 | PSG v Celtic

Alex Penfornis captured the scenes as PSG hammered Celtic 7-1 at Parc des Princes to set a new record for goals scored in the Champions League Group Stage. The Parisians have now hit the back of the net 24 times in Group B, and remarkably still have one match left to play.

Another marker of intent from Paris Saint-Germain, determined to prove that this is the season that they muscle their way into the Champions League mix. With a triple threat firing up top in Edinson Cavani, Kylian Mbappe and Neymar, PSG will score goals against any opposition in this competition. Unfortunately for Celtic, all three of them were on fire to send them rushing back to Glasgow with their pride battered and bruised.

A Nike front three all laced up in the new Fire & Ice Swoosh collection, there were flames all over as Neymar and Cavani helped themselves to braces, and Mbappe chalking a solitary goal onto the scoreboard. It all started so well for Celtic after they took the lead in the opening minute, although looking back that did nothing more than just p**s PSG off. Roll on the knock out stages.

Penfornis went behind the lens as part of the new Instagram initiative from Paris Saint-Germain. #ParisEmotions is an Instagram project from the club that launched two seasons ago. The objective is to invite Instagramers to all games at Parc des Princes. PSG want to give to their followers a new vision of football photography, something more artistic than your usual shots. And that's fine with us.
