The second of KITH's three soccer clubs is unveiled for the second season collaboration between the brand and adidas Football. Signature palettes of navy, tan and pink combine once again as the Miami Flamingos showcase their key pieces from the new collection.
After unveiling the New York Cobras collection yesterday, KITH have followed things up with the launch of their second club's lookbook – the Miami Flamingos. The Flamingos colour palette pulls inspiration directly from Miami. Rich navy resembling the water, a soft tan colour for the sand, and pink for the bright pastels Miami is known for.
Kith-founder Ronnie Fieg explains; “For Season 2, we felt that the evolution to a sponsored jersey would really distinguish this collection. We also felt that with our teams, Miami specifically, having won a league championship between Season 1 and 2 that they deserved to wear something more authentic. Working with our partners to become sponsors on the jersey filled that void. Chase has been our banker since Kith was a start-up, so they’ve helped the brand and I grow a lot over the past 6 years. That’s why I chose to work with them. Their iconic logo lends itself well to the Flamingos color palette, which made Miami the perfect fit.”
The Miami Flamingos footwear game features the club’s signature colour palette on the Nemeziz UltraBOOST 17+ and Nemeziz 17.1 TR. On pitch the Miami Flamingos boast a cleated adidas Nemeziz 17+ 360 Agility boot to complement the apparel and lifestyle pieces that complete the full collection.
The final team to complete the KITH x adidas Football Season 2 line-up will be the newest team to join the KITH squad – the Los Angeles Rays. They'll join the New York Cobras collection (above) and the pink powered Miami Flamingos vibe in the coming days. And in case you hadn't heard, all three match kits will be unlockable in Ultimate Team on FIFA 18.
