Gosha Rubchinskiy Presents AW18 Collection in Yekaterinburg

Gosha Rubchinskiy launched his AW18 collection in Yekaterinburg yesterday and with three stripes running throughout, it landed with raw, close to the skin style.

The work of Gosha Rubchinskiy does well to personify a fashion focused youth-movement. Once more stepping away from the traditional run of a catwalk fashion week, Yekaterinburg and the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Center hosted the first walkthrough of his AW18 Collection. A number of adidas Football pieces formed a mixture of looks and were combined with the likes of Burberry, Levi's and Dr. Martens.

Across mid-nineties classrooms you'd occasionally come across the kid with a swoosh or stripes shaved into his head. Reverting this with a performance finish and contrasting lifestyle apparel, the AW18 Gosha Collection is another that bends the mind where the on and off pitch fashion collides. Track pants, sweats and heavy outerwear, the pieces feature military undertones with a brutal finish. It's another collection that continues to move the football lifestyle scene into fresh spaces.

Representatives from adidas were in attendance including adidas Football Apparel Director @bechtoli1974, who gave us a look at an upcoming Copa model with a white upper and metallic silver heel. Other footwear pieces included a fresh take on the Predator 18+ silhouette in both white and black options, both with a gum outsole.

Stay tuned for more updates on the adidas Football x Gosha Rubchinskiy FW18 collection.
