With the aim of celebrating diversity and being inclusive through the unmistakeable style of the brand, Beautiful Struggles has teamed up with the Bundesliga for a new clothing collection.
Beautiful Struggles was founded in 2019 as a streetwear/premium label where European heritage meets American culture, and they gained positive attention for their collaboration with the USL, USL Black Players Alliance and PUMA on the “United Against Racism" project last year. Born in Germany, raised by an American father from New York and a German mother, founder Danny Williams always had the love and passion to express himself through his style, and that turned into Beautiful Struggles when he hung up his boots. Now, the brand teams up with Bundesliga for a new collection that celebrates diversity and being inclusive.
The photos and videos for the campaign were directed by the talented Hugo Lecrux and his team, and the idea was to bring everyone together around the values of inclusivity and diversity.
“Life is a beautiful struggle. It surprises us when we least expect it. It challenges us, excites us, gives us hope. It forces us to be in perpetual motion. To keep going, even when we are ready to give up. But amid the chaos, we find a cure in football. It brings us together, it inspires us to push beyond our limits. It gives us a reason to be. The collection itself includes a blazer, bomber jacket, hoodie, crewneck sweater and various jerseys and shorts, all featuring a combination of the Bundesliga and Beautiful Struggles logos, together combining the football aesthetic with the representation of minorities and communities.
