Bringing some retro flair from the pitch to the street, adidas and Juventus have unveiled a new Originals Essentials Vintage clothing collection, which sees the Trefoil back in place across the range.
The Trefoil currently sits in the Three Stripes repertoire as a lifestyle link to a performance past – it’s an endorsement of casual cool, and it’s been gradually sneaking back onto the football scene, much to our collective delight. We recently saw it pop up on an Olympique Lyonnais Retro Originals collection, and now Juventus are next up to get the Originals treatment, as the Serie A side get a clean new lifestyle collection from adidas.
The Juventus x adidas Originals Essentials Vintage clothing collection sees a predominantly white base throughout, paired with black accents to complete the Bianconeri’s traditional colour scheme. That plays out on the most part as black Three Stripe branding, which rides down the track top and track pants, pairing perfectly with a Juventus-branded pair of Gazelle trainers. A tee and hoodie round out the capsule, which features the previously mentioned Trefoil throughout, opposite the modern club crest.
