Offering up the perspective of unity in the face of adversity, Umbro have revealed their new Autumn/Winter 2024 collection, which has been designed by Slam Jam.

Slam Jam continue their foray into football, following up their recent collaboration with Macron for Italian side SPAL’s away shirt, and they once again find themselves working with regular collaborators, Umbro. Having produced several collections together over the years, the relationship is already well defined, this latest collection for AW24 comes as a natural follow on from what has come from the pair in the past.

Designed by Slam Jam, Umbro’s AW24 collection comes under the banner “Hard Times”, acknowledging that, just like in football, tough times exist and must be overcome with unity and spirit. That’s the ethos behind the collection, which offers an elevated approach to the heritage of the British brand, with shapes, materials, and contrasts that define the look of an ultra-contemporary streetwear wardrobe.

The collection includes the all-over print, white Censored Long Sleeve shirt, characterised by extensive overlapping graphics on the front and back; the classic 2004 England-inspired Umbro Track Jacket, reimagined in a long-sleeve sport style in black and gold; a new Padded Bomber Jacket and Puffy Vest added to the outerwear lineup; the latest denim introduction with a double leg frayed diamond logo; the Masked Anorak featuring a fresh take on the check pattern; a hybrid sleeves gingham/cotton polo; a reinterpretation of the iconic Umbro 1993 Drill Polo and finally the OG logo Masked Hoodie and T-shirt in various colourways.

Drop 1 of the Slam Jam x Umbro "Hard Times" collection is available now at slamjam.com, while drop 2 will arrive on 4 October.
