Following the release of the first ever PUMA Portugal kits, a wider series of lifestyle and other performance gear has been released, creating a full collection available for fans. Let’s have a closer look at what’s included.
Alongside the release of the first ever PUMA Portugal match kits, the brand has also released a wider collection made up of training gear and lifestyle clothing to celebrate the beginning of a beautiful partnership. Speaking about this new collection, Nuno Moura, FPF´s Chief Marketing & Commercial Officer, said "With every thread and stitch, this collection marks the beginning of an exciting new era for FPF and our partnership with PUMA. These jerseys celebrate Portugal’s rich footballing heritage and beloved symbols while embodying the passion, creativity, and excellence that define us as one of the most iconic forces in global football. Designed to inspire and unite, they are a tribute to our past and a promise to our future, igniting the hearts of fans in Portugal and across the world as we continue to make history together."
A standout piece in this collection is the Portugal ftblNRGY+ Retro Jersey. Focusing on celebrating history and looking to future success, this shirt embraces the passion of all ages of Portuguese fans by styling a retro fitted shirt with a modern twist. Embellished with an iconic Portuguese graphic, the shirt features the outline of the Quinas emblem from the national coat of arms repeatedly across the shirt in a stylish pattern. The vintage inspired details, such as the fold over collar, bring a 90’s feel back to a modern-day shirt.
A series of training gear including a jacket, top, tracksuit bottoms, shorts and jumper are also available to buy. These bring an essence of the original Portugal 1998 away kit with the clean blue and white theme they have chosen to use. This look is completed with the PUMA logo and Quinas emblem adorned in both blue and gold finishes. A duo of pre match gear has also been produced with a unique red and green static pattern across a black fabric. This gear includes a top and quarter zip jumper which will be worn by players during warm-ups.
PUMA have provided a ‘casuals’ series within the Portugal collection, consisting of comfortable lifestyle clothing, bringing football to everyday wear. One of the key pieces of ‘casuals’ is a full zip hooded jacket. Available in both a dark blue and a cream colourway, these both feature a thin red and green piping flowing down the side to add a flash of the signature Portuguese colours. The series also comes with a t-shirt, polo, tracksuit bottoms and shorts, all with the same effortless pattern.
Other items such as footballs, caps, hoodies and t-shirts can also be purchased from this series, making this a huge first collection for PUMA and Portugal. PUMA have definitely started the new year and new era with a bang with a collection for the ages.
