Slam Jam & Umbro Collaborate Once Again For SS25 Collection

Slam Jam and Umbro link up once again for Spring/Summer 2025, unveiling a collection that taps into the raw energy of stadium security, reworking its uniformed aesthetic into a hybrid of formalwear and sportswear.

Rooted in British culture, the latest drop from Umbro and Slam Jam – who have collaborated multiple times in recent years – pays tribute to heraldry, classic check patterns, and the visual codes of matchday enforcers, forging a fresh narrative in the process. It’s another bold and unmistakeable take on British football culture, following on from the “Hard Times” Autumn/Winter 24 collection.

Maintaining the football-first DNA that defines Umbro, the collection brings a bold lineup of statement pieces. Military-inspired crest hoodies and tees take centre stage, alongside tactical windbreakers and half-zips that channel the functional edge of security gear. Ice hockey jerseys reimagine football iconography, blending sports influences into a seamless crossover, while 97/98-inspired polos come heavy with attitude—loud “Lazy” slogans and a streetwear twist that feels right at home in the terraces. Accessories like statement caps and slogan-heavy designs complete the look, elevating the collection’s subcultural undertones.

Capturing the drop in its natural environment, the SS25 campaign is shot through the unfiltered, invasive lens of Japanese photographer Satoshi Fujiwara. Set against the chaos of an away-day bus journey, the visuals translate the collection’s dystopian energy into a cinematic, hyper-real aesthetic—gritty, intense, and undeniably raw.

For Slam Jam and Umbro, it’s another step in pushing the boundaries between football culture, fashion, and the underground. Security might be their inspiration, but this collection is anything but restricted.

The Slam Jam x Umbro SS25 collection will be released in two drops at select top retailers worldwide:

Drop 1 on 4 March 2025 at slamjam.com and umbro.com, followed by availability in selected global retailers from 7 March 2025.

Drop 2 will be available on 18 March 2025 at slamjam.com and umbro.com, and in selected global retailers from 21 March 2025.
