Justin Timberlake Wears PSG Air Jordan V “Friends & Family” at Las Vegas Gig

Justin Timberlake took to the stage wearing the exclusive PSG x Air Jordan V “Friends & Family” sneakers at the 2018 iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas at the weekend. And he's creasing them. Stop creasing them.

Timberlake was heavily involved in the tease campaign of the Jordan x PSG collaboration when he wore a collaborative jacket with the Jumpman and PSG logos on the stage of his "Man of the woods" tour in Paris. That was back in July, before any official announcement. Now the collection is out there, the American artist has grabbed himself the most restricted piece from the range to return to the stage.

Performing his set at the 2018 iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas, Timberlake was wearing the PSG x Air Jordan V "Friends & Family" shoe – a special edition design that swaps the black upper on the standard drop for a premium white leather. The sneaker retains the lateral side’s 75 as a nod to the Parisian zip code, and the co-branded logo on the heel and sole. Each pair has been gifted to those closest to the club and brands, including Mr JT.

PSG are focusing hard on pushing the club branding into lifestyle spaces, and their collaboration with the Jordan brand will no doubt increase their following and brand image in American sports and culture markets. Appearances from leading influential musicians and celebrities such as Travis Scott and Timberlake is exactly the sort of exposure PSG are feeding on right now. Expect to see more connections made by the Parisians on and off the pitch as the season progresses.
