Dropping as the first Nike F.C. React updates of 2019, the Swoosh hook up their training silhouette with a duo of "Deep Royal" and "Team Red" colourways. It's the fifth and sixth colour combos to land upon the React since it launched as a CR7 signature back in 2018.
The cleanest of crowd-pleasing "Royal Blue/White" designs is joined by a "Team Red" drop that's all a bit Barca with its blue accents across the upper. The Nike F.C. React shoe was primarily designed as a training option for gym environments, but a number of stylised colourways have seen the silhouette transition into a streetwear scene that embraces a football influence. These two releases help cross those lines a couple of steps further.
Both updates sit on top of a white React midsole, which is lightweight, durable and responsive, whether you choose to wear it for exercise and activity or for just treading all day in comfort. The same bold ‘NIKE FC’ branding still remains on the one-piece tongue construction, which forms part of the bootie that hugs your foot. The first pieces of the Nike F.C. Spring/Summer 2019 roll out, expect to see the Swoosh become more active as we edge closer to those warmer months.
