Paul Pogba's signature Season 5 capsule may have been headlined by the Predator 19+ football boots in terms of exposure; the man himself is wearing them on pitch for Manchester United, but it's the other footwear option in the collection that intrigues with a slick pitch-to-court transition.

The Frenchman's fifth collaboration with adidas Football carries basketball influence throughout, not least with the Predator 19+ trainer which is constructed with a blend of football and basketball technology. Inspired by another leading adidas athlete, James Harden, the trainer uses tooling from the Harden Vol2 basketball shoe for a distinct silhouette that blends the worlds of Pogba's two favoured sports.

Mirroring the colourway of the on-pitch aesthetic, the court-come-streetwear option once again features a clean white Primeknit upper with United-red stripes and Pogba's signature 'PP' logo on the heel and collar. It's the sole that transforms the silhouette dramatically though, with a chunky construction that wraps around to meet the snake-skin printed leather heel.

The sneakers have been released alongside six apparel pieces: Also inspired by basketball are the reversible shorts, which are mesh on one side to match the 'PP' basketball jerseys. A Pogba branded tee, hoodie, trackpants, jacket and basketball vests complete the apparel line-up, while a pair of adilette slides wrap things up for the complete Pogba x adidas Football Season 5 drop.
