Bringing the curtain down on what has become something of a tradition over the last few seasons, New Balance launch the special edition LFC Roav sneaker, which takes design inspiration from Liverpool’s 19/20 third kit.
The partnership between New Balance and Liverpool expires at the end of the season, but although the end is in sight, it isn’t over just yet, and the American brand have taken the opportunity to release one more special edition LFC sneaker. This season it’s the Roav that get’s the LFC makeover, taking inspiration from the popular third kit that itself featured a design that was influenced by the city itself.
The Roav features a generous amount of New Balance’s signature Fresh Foam cushioning, making this a nice comfortable option for game day. The colouring follows that of the third shirt, while the LFC crest sits on the tongue and on the insole. New Balance have produced several special edition LFC sneakers in the past, including a special edition pair for Jurgen Klopp, but the Roav looks like it could well be the last offering to get the Liverpool treatment. Not a bad one to go out on.
