As part of the Air Max 90’s 30th anniversary celebrations this year Nike have been launching a range of new colourways for their current shoe of the future, the Air Max 2090. And the latest look to drop is the spring-ready “Photon Dust”.
The latest member of the Air Max family has made quite the storm ahead of its launch, with the 2090 being revealed in January before having a second colourway added as part of Air Max day. And now a third look for the futuristic silhouette is dropping, bringing an icy blue feel known as “Photon Dust”.
The “Photon Dust” colourway sees the airy mesh upper and leather panels coloured in “Ice Blue”, laying over a pristine white base. Neon flecks glow through the areas of stitching in the upper for an almost phosphorescent appearance, contrasting with the black outline of the Swoosh logo by the midfoot and the looped pull tab on the heel. The colour scheme then extends down to the sole, where its white midsole is wrapped by a blue Air Max heel unit and rubber outsole, completing a fresh look that’s ready for spring. Another strong option in the Air Max 2090’s repertoire.
The Air Max 2090 "Photon Dust" will be available at Nike.com from 26 March.
