The Nike Air Force 1 CR7 has become the latest canvas upon which you can create your own unique look, with the Swoosh adding the sneaker to its By You service, with design options that nod to the upscale tastes of Cristiano Ronaldo.
To mark his fifth Balon d’Or win back in December 2017 Nike honoured Cristiano Ronaldo with a limited-edition Air Force 1 CR7 Golden Patchwork sneaker. Now that lone takes the next step in its journey, with Nike adding it to its “By You” service, allowing consumers to create their own unique signature CR7 look.
For the most curated version of the AF-1 to date, you can choose from top-tier materials, like smooth grain or tumbled leather for the upper, gold and silver mirrored-chrome underlays along with other carefully thought-through details, including exclusive moulded aglets at the end of the waxed cotton laces.
The safari print from Ronaldo’s first-ever signature edition Mercurial, which was recently rereleased, can play a prominent role should you so choose, taking up centre stage in the Swoosh. There’s also signature CR7 branding on tongues and heels, while the leather insoles are finished with the “I don’t chase records, records chase me” message spelled out across each heel.
