Louis Vuitton Release First Soccer-Inspired Sneaker

Louis Vuitton have released ‘LV Footprint Soccer’, their first soccer-inspired sneaker crafted by Pharrell Williams within his Spring-Summer 2025 collection.

Fashion giants Louis Vuitton have revealed their first ever soccer-inspired sneaker officially named ‘LV Footprint Soccer’. These were first spotted at A La Maison de l’UNESCO in Paris last June for the Spring 2025 runway within Pharrel Williams’ own collection as a bold new footwear design. Drawing inspiration from some of the classic football boots over the years, the LV Footprint Soccer fuses fashion and football together with a touch of Louis Vuitton luxury.

Pharrel’s collection included jackets, jerseys and shorts along with the newest soccer-inspired sneaker, all with a nod to the globally loved sport of football. The sneaker model is fashioned with a laced calf leather and a padded leather outsole whilst still not forgetting the Louis Vuitton esteemed look. The folded leather tongue, an inspiration from some of the most iconic football boots of all time, is imprinted with the established LV logo along with the LVERS UNITED logo. Using floral patterns from the Louis Vuitton Monogram and an interlinked LV, the designer has shaped a five-toed imprint on the rubber sole so that the wearer can leave a stamp of LV on soft grounds everywhere they go.

Additional eye-catching touches include a larger LV logo on the side of the upper leather along with ‘SINCE 1854’ printed on the back, marking the House’s founding year. The LV Footprint Soccer is available in five different colours including: black, white, blue, red and forest green. This unique shoe is guaranteed to leave a stamp in more way than one as this is a fresh and bold new look for fashion and football, paving the way for others to grow the blended football fashion market.
