Nike and PSG Partner Up For a Special Air Max Plus Collaboration

French giants Paris-Saint-Germain are teaming up with Nike once again for an upcoming Air Max Plus collaboration. A popular model of sneaker, the AM plus has been styled in French colours with nods to PSG before, but now Nike go the extra mile with this latest drop for a sneaker that deserves every bit of hype it is bound to get.

PSG are no strangers to a collaboration, the growth of their partnership with Air Jordan has had a large effect on football culture and fashion, breaking down boundaries of normality. The club now teams up with Nike, again, for a drop that is sure to bring the hype back to Paris. The two have joined forces to release a special Air Max Plus – already a sneakerhead fan favourite and a model that seems to be a go-to collab for the two brands, embodying the streetwear culture of Paris.

This edition brings a sleek aesthetic to the model, mixing hues of black, grey and anthracite. A mesh upper, fashioned in a grey gradient pattern, is paired with the renowned TPU panelling, whilst the word ‘Paris’ can be seen donning the lateral side of the shoe – reference to the PSG’s home city. The club crest of PSG can also be seen resting on the tongue of the shoe. Of course, classic Air Max cushioning returns on this shoe, with durable black outsoles and bespoke PSG branded insoles. Other noticeable features can be seen on the heel, outsole and insole where the Tuned Air logo is stamped.

Look out for a summer release of this special drop.
