SoccerBible Nike Exclusive - The Journey to South Africa update - 18/06/09
The SoccerBible returned from an exclusive and exciting trip to Barcelona with a special gift! Our journey had taken us to the Camp Nou stadium, to join in the launch of Nike's 2010 World Cup campaign.
The gift was a signed FC Barcelona shirt, from Pep Guardiola following his Barcelona side's historic treble winning season. Barcelona won the Primera Division, Copa del Rey and Champions League, and the way they play football is said to embody the spirit of the game, the reason why Nike chose the Camp Nou feeling that: "Behind the stadium walls the passion of the game is ignited"

Our shirt was handed out in a presentation pack featuring the slogan 'More than just a shirt', and a unique passage of text capturing the Barcelona philosophy, also signed by Pep Guardiola. |
