- Liverpool are considering a bid for Bilbao's £10million-rated central defender Fernando Amorebieta.  (The Sun)

- Chelsea have been told by Atletico Madrid that striker Sergio Aguero will not be sold so late in the transfer window, according to a reports in Spain. (The Times)
