CLINT DEMPSEY Dempsey is known for wearing customised football boots, who can forget his 'Don't tread on me' Nike Superfly football boots, probably because Dempsey is Nike's leading player in America. But we really liked this slick black and red colourway, as it made us think he had an 'A Team' van on each foot!

DAVID VILLA Since being released the adidas F50i football boots have been making a real impact on pitches around the world, with players like Arjen Robben and Jermain Defoe turning in some excellent performances. And David Villa is the latest player to impress wearing the innovative adidas F50i, after scoring twice as Spain thrashed Belgium 5-0.
