Sells Launch New Octopus Inspired Goalkeeper Gloves for the World Cup

The boffins at Sells Goalkeeper Gloves R D have developed a brand new goalkeeping glove that they believe will help drive England to World Cup glory...

UK specialist goalkeeping brand Sells have made a major breakthrough in the quest for goalkeeping perfection. Research into the North Pacific Giant Octopus has led Sells to introduce a glove that takes blood from each of the octopus's three hearts and bonds with the latex glove palm to give unrivalled grip. The grip has been measured as 1000 x stronger than standard with the new octopi-serum coating.

Speaking from his Pacific R D hideaway David Baxter, Product Director for Sells told us:

"This breakthrough is truly amazing and something that comes around maybe once every century. I really believe the octopi serum enhanced glove can help England win the World Cup"

There is only this press-release shot of the first prototype available, but you can expect the new Sells Octopi Glove to be available from June 11th 2010 in time for the World Cup.
