Umbro Neo Ball - FA Cup Football 10/11

Umbro have unveiled this year s official FA Cup football - the Umbro Hi Vis Neo ball. And with the performance of footballs increasingly coming under the spotlight, have Umbro delivered a ball worthy of one of the world's most famous football competitions...

Set to be used for the first time on November 6th for the first round proper, the Umbro Neo Hi Vis football has been designed in a classic orange colour that inspires memories of famous FA Cup encounters from the past! The Hi Visibility Umbro Neo ball is designed specifically to be easier for players to see, although this is a debate that seems to have raged on amongst players whether they are more player friendly?

Like the original Umbro Neo, the FA Cup ball uses laser technology to provide an incredibly accurate and 'truer' flight. The 14 panel construction creates larger panels to give the ball a clean strike zone for boot interaction, quicker shape retention and an increase in the overall speed of the ball.

With the likes of Nike and adidas supplying footballs for the Premier League and Champions League, Umbro have got some tough competition when it comes to creating a ball player's are happy with.
