Weekend Football Boots Spotting - 28/03/11

Another exciting weekend of international and league games have provided us with some great boot spots! Some of the best players from international football were on show across the world in both friendly and Euro 2012 qualification matches. Check out what players and boots have made it into this weeks boot-spotting...

Neymar (Brazil) Nike Mercurial Superfly III

Brazilian sensation Neymar announced himself on the world stage with an impressive two-goal performance against Scotland at the Emirates Stadium. The Santos striker is on his way to becoming one of the biggest names in world football. Could he be the player to take the Superfly mantle off Cristiano Ronaldo when the time comes?

Lucas Leiva (Brazil) Nike CTR360 Maestri II

Liverpool's Lucas Leiva made the trip south of the country to London. He was spotted wearing the increasingly popular White/Black/Yellow CTR360 boots with black laces that looked great with the new Nike Brazil kit.

Ezequiel Lavezzi (Argentina) adidas F50 adiZero Prime

Ezequile Lavezzi was spotted wearing adiZero Prime boots with a difference whist on International duty for Argentina. The Napoli man was sporting a mixture of blue and pink lace colours with his Prime boots during his sides match against the United States.

Javier Mascherano (Argentina) Nike CTR360 Maestri II

Barcelona midfielder Javier Mascherano was spotted in the new White/Yellow/Black CTR360 boots with a uniquely customised mixed sole-plate.

Robbie Keane (Republic of Ireland) Nike T90 Laser III

West Ham's Robbie Keane was spotted in the new T90 Laser III colour-way while on International duty for the Republic of Ireland. Keane's T90's featured bespoke personalisation with the Irish flag on the inside.

Javier Hernandez (Mexico) Nike Tiempo Legend III

Javier Hernandez put in another impressive performance for Mexico at the weekend wearing a pair of Nike Tiempo Legend III football boots. They featured a mixed sole-plate similar to that of Cristiano Ronaldo's.

Miroslav Klose (Germany) Nike Tiempo Legend III

Nike Legend wearer Miroslav Klose was spotted in the newest colour-way of the Nike heritage boot. The German veteran wore Nike Laser's for the 2010 World Cup but has since made the switch to the Tiempo range.

Lukas Podolski (Germany) adidas F50 adiZero Prime

Lukas Podolski was another player spotted wearing the latest adidas F50 adiZero Prime boots. The adidas man was seen using the pink laces in place of the standard Cyan lace colour.

Mesut Ozil (Germany) Nike Mercurial Superfly III

He's quickly becoming one of the Superfly's lead players and Germany's Mesut Ozil was giving his new boots their second run-out while on International duty for Germany. His Superfly III football boots featured personalisation of his initials on the outside of the boot.

Peniel Mlapa (Germany U21) Nike Mercurial Superfly III

Germany's up and coming players were also on show at the weekend. Germany's Under21 player Peniel Mlapa was spotted wearing a pair of SG Nike Superfly III football boots as they took on Holland U21.

Ahmed Musa (Nigeria) Nike Mercurial Vapor VI World Cup

Nigeria's lightning quick 18 year old forward Ahmed Musa was spotted wearing the World Cup edition Nike Mercurial Vapor VI football boots. The Nigerian and VVV Venlo starlet is attracting a lot of attention from some big European clubs including Tottenham and Ajax.

Kader Mangane (Senegal) Puma PowerCat Tokyo

Stade Rennais player Kader Mangane was spotted wearing the Puma PowerCat Tokyo football boots at the weekend when on International duty for Senegal. The bright colours of the boot worked well with the Senegal kit!

Christian Bolanos (Costa Rica) adidas Predator Absolute

China's Ma Chong Chong spotted in an old-school pair of adidas Predator Absolute football boots during the International friendly match against Costa Rica. Unfortunately we think the days of tongue straps are over!

Mauro Rosales (Seattle Sounders) adidas F50.6 TUNIT

A great boot spot here of Seattle Sounders' Mauro Rosales wearing a pair of adidas F50.6 TUNIT football boots! Released in 2006 for the Germany World Cup, the F50.6 boots allowed players to customise their boots depending on playing conditions!

Zach Scott (Seattle Sounders) adidas Predator X

This is the first time the official black-out adidas Predator X football boots have been spotted on SoccerBible. Zach Scott was spotted wearing the stealth-like boots during his Seattle Sounders match against the Houston Dynamo's.

Teal Bunbury (Sporting Kansas City) adidas Predator X

Once again, the Macaw Green adidas Predator X football boots were on show in the MLS! We think these are one of the most underrated colour-ways released by adidas and looked great on Sporting Kansas City player Teal Bunbury!

Shalrie Joseph (New England Revolution) adidas adi5

Here's something you don't see every day! New England Revolution midfielder Shalri Joseph was spotted wearing a pair of adidas adi5 X Turf shoes during his sides match against DC United.

Andy Najar (DC United) adidas F50 adiZero

Another great spot of the Chrome adidas F50 adiZero football boots that have been massivley over shadowed by the other colour releases of the new adiZero range. DC United player Andy Najar was spotted wearing the uniquely coloured boots during his sides match against the New England Revolution.
