The summer transfer window is far from open but there is one name on every top European club's most wanted list. Neymar is the most sought after player in Brazil at the moment and the 19 year old prodigy has been described as the best export from Brazil since Pato. Tipped for greatness since the age of 13, the Brazil starlet has been labelled as the ''next Pele''.

Such a talent is inevitably going to create a lot of attention with the European heavyweights. The writing has been on the wall for over a year now, and it seems only a matter of time before he is gracing one of the top European leagues. This season could well be his last in a Santos shirt but with some of the richest clubs in the world fighting for his signature, where he will end up is still anybody s guess...

Since his impressive performance for Brazil against Scotland, the 19 year old has shed some light on where he might want to play his soccer next season. Having spent some days in London where Brazil's International friendly was played, connections linking Neymar to Premier League Champions Chelsea have increased.

After speaking to the press, the striker revealed that everything about the London club attracts him and it would be a great pleasure if he can finally join Carlo Ancelotti's side. Chelsea were heavily linked with the 19-year old last season but a deal could not be struck. Many club scouts and managers, including Carlo Ancelotti and Roberto Mancini, were in attendance at the Emirates Stadium to weigh-up any potential bids for the player.

Despite revealing a desire to wear the Blue's shirt, the Santos man also believes that staying with his home town club could be a better choice for him next season considering his young age. Neymar has stated that he would like to stay with Santos but feels the time could be right to take the next step in his playing career.

The Premier League, La Liga, and Serie A all remain possible destinations for the Superfly III wearer. One thing is certain though. Which ever team does land his highly sought after signature, they won't get it cheap. Santos reportedly have a £40million buyout clause on their young striker!
