Call the Shots - Young Fans Say 'Get With The Times'!



On the last day to submit your ideas for the adidas 'Call the Shots' campaign, one of the hottest topics in the game at the moment has left frustrated youngsters calling for the game to  get with the times'...





To launch adidas  new football campaign  Call the Shots , where fans are given the opportunity to control some of the world s top players at the Predator boot launch in May, adidas asked 1000 young fans (aged 11-19) what they would change in the world of football if they could call the shots. Never shy in coming forward, nearly all of the youngsters called for the game to  get with the times .

The over-whelming majority of young fans (95%) think technology should be introduced for the game s biggest decisions - goal-line technology topped the list (85%), with video reviews for offside s (64%), yellow/red cards decisions (54%), and diving (42%) also called for.



To give young football fans the chance to take control of the beautiful game adidas  have launched a new interactive campaign. The initiative gives a chance to  Call the Shots  and control some of the world s best footballers for one day only!


Be quick as today (3rd May) is the last day for fans to submit ideas (or vote) for what they would like to see take place at the Predator boot launch in London in late May.

The 50 ideas that receive the most votes will be finalised and adidas will then work with top Predator players to shape a spectacular event in a London location. Those lucky enough to have their idea feature in the top 50 will get VIP access to the launch, so t
