Special Edition Pantofola d'Oro football boots

Special Edition Pantofola d'Oro football boots

If you could ask Pantofola d'Oro to craft a one-off pair of unique football boots, how would you have yours designed? Might they look like this pair created for the grandson of Juventus FC owner, a fine example of leather craftsmanship.

Possibly one of the most exceptionally crafted leather football boots we've seen, these black and white striped versions were created for Lapo Elkinn the grandson of Fiat and Juventus owner and a partner of Pantofola d'Oro.

Lapo's football boots were engineered for an annual charity game between the Nazionale Stilisti 'National Designers', as they faced this years opponents - Genoa Allstars. As Lapo was captain, he requested a pair of boots that would catch the eye and show-off the capabilities of Pantofola d'Oro.

You can see from our exclusive picture how these bespoke Pantofola d'Oro football boots were constructed. Seemingly using a base white upper adorned with black leather strips, impressive engineering indeed! And from the picture above, you can see how great the boots looked on-pitch.

Now you've seen them, what do you think of Lapo's unique Pantofola d'Oro football boots, and if you could design a pair how would yours look? Have your say and join the conversations with the SoccerBible community online, on Twitter and on Facebook.
