SoccerBible Achieves Premier League Status on Facebook
SoccerBible are proud to announce we've achieved Premier League status! Thanks to our Facebook fans, we now rank as just below mid-table in the Premier League, but we're pushing for Europe...
It's all a bit of fun really, but with such great followers we got wondering to what capacity the SoccerBible Facebook fans would fill a football stadium, and whereabouts that would place us in a Premier League table of ground capacity?
Well, the first thing we were pleased to find out is that thanks to our current number of followers (28,112 at time of publishing), we indeed match that of the Premier League side and are not languishing in the lower divisions like other sites. Better still, our current number of fans places us just above relegation and below mid-table, so the goal for us now is to climb the table and match Manchester United's capacity of 76,212.
Although to be honest, we'd be happy with a Champions League place which would equate to over 50,000 followers! So we're calling on all fans of SoccerBible to get us climbing up the Premier League table, then you never know, the next stop could be the Bernabeu at 80,354 or Wembley at 90,000 or even the ultimate target of 112,000 for the Nou Camp!
