Jack Rodwell Poses In Team GB Shirt
Everton midfielder Jack Rodwell, who this week won his first call-up into Fabio Capello's England squad, has followed in the footsteps of Premier League rivals Aaron Ramsey and Gareth Bale in wearing the commemorative adidas Team GB Olympic football shirt!
Rodwell becomes the first English player to appear in the Team GB Olympic football shirt, following Welsh duo Ramsey and Bale who recently made headlines wearing the blue adidas jersey. The shirt is not the official Team GB football kit - that will be launched next year - but is a 'limited edition commemorative shirt' designed by adidas.

Last week, Welshman and Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey said: 'If we have the opportunity to play, why not? You're representing Great Britain in the Olympics. Having the chance to win a gold medal doesn't come around very often. Players, if given the opportunity, should go ahead and do it; I don't see what the problem is. I've spoken to Gareth Bale and he's up for it. I think the Welsh are fine with it. It's up to the players.'
