2012 Africa Cup of Nations - adidas Official Match Ball Teaser
African football is ready to kick-off the new year with the 2012 AFCON. On January 2nd, adidas and the Confederation of African Football (CAF) will unveil the official match ball of the tournament! Sixteen teams will use the anticipated match ball as they battle to become champions of Africa in host nations Gabon and Equatorial Guinea from January 21 to February 12.
With previous designs representing the passion of African football, there's a certain amount of buzz surrounding this unveiling! Once again, adidas are expected to blend African culture and heritage to create another unique design for the 2012 AFCON. After the recent Wawa Aba in 2008 and the Jabulani Angola in 2010, what can we expect adidas to land on January 2nd 2012?
