Reina Debuts Exclusive Joma Boots

Reina Debuts Exclusive Joma Boots

Pepe Reina debuted probably the most personalised boots we've ever seen on a football pitch, as he kept a clean sheet against Manchester City during Liverpool's Carling Cup semi-final. As a testament to their leading star, Joma have adorned a boot with both an image and the signature of Reina on the side of the boots!

The Limited Edition Joma Total Fit football boots depict Reina in a celebratory pose, and perhaps the Liverpool star couldn't have picked a better game to debut his new footwear, as Liverpool took an advantage in the first leg of their Carling Cup semi-final.

Limited to just 200 pairs, the Pepe Reina Joma football boots have been individually hand painted by skilled craftsmen at Joma's Toledo HQ so every pair is unique. The boots also include the signature of Reina on the left boot, a cool glow effect around the Joma logo and shading on the heel and forefoot.

Ahead of the boots debut, SoccerBible caught up with Pepe in Liverpool to get his thoughts on the design of his new boots, and to hear his opinions on football boots in general. The Total Fit's Reina chooses to wear are quite uniquely crafted from a seamless single piece of premium grade kangaroo leather, to mould to the shape of your foot for the flexible and supremely comfortable
