adidas & UEFA Launch 2012 Champions League Final Match Ball
The Champions League makes its overdue return to our screens tonight as the race to the final hots up! To mark the beginning of the knock-out stages, adidas and UEFA have taken to the Allianz Arena pitch to officially launch the match ball of the 2012 Champions League Final. It's our first glimpse of the new ball on pitch, and it certainly looks the business!
The new adidas Finale 12 football headlined a reunion comprising of past Champions League final footballs presented on the Allianz turf, highlighting the evolution of the famous ball. There's a lot of buzz surrounding this years final and the new match ball will be used by two of Europe's best teams as they go toe-to-toe for Champions League glory. 
Tonight s valentines day Champions League fixture list sees Barcelona travel to Bayer Leverkusen while Lyon take on Apoel Nicosia. Barcelona remain tournament favourites despite a drop in league form and will be hoping to become one of the two teams to get a kick of adidas' new ball!
